The beautiful Montreal-based company "Les 400 pieds de Champignon" specializes in the production of around ten varieties of exquisite mushrooms. These mushrooms are cultivated without pesticides or fertilizers and are always freshly harvested the day before delivery.
Fromagerie du Presbytère is family-owned and based in Sainte-Élizabeth-de-Warwick, Quebec. Their passion for cheesemaking and their commitment to traditional methods have been passed down through generations, resulting in the production of high-quality artisanal cheeses.
Fromagerie Alexis de Portneuf was founded by Alexis Cayer and his wife, Jane Skinner when they decided to settle in the village of Saint-Raymond de Portneuf, Quebec in 1842. They proudly passed down their expertise and are committed to preserving the crafted quality and authentic character of every single specialty cheese they produce. They prioritize responsible farming practices and work closely with local farmers to source milk from ethically treated animals.
Founded by French couple, Gilbert and Raymonde Legrand in 1969 on Avenue Mont-Royal in Montreal, La Maison du Rôti was born out of a shared love for local high-quality products, be it quality meat, lovingly prepared dishes or artisanal products.
