The brasserie serves refined dishes with fresh ingredients from Quebec’s terroir expertly prepared by executive chef Ron Kneabone and his team. He sets his sights on creating a reason for guests to return to Brasserie Milton, named after the downtown neighbourhood in which it’s located, by preparing classic dishes with local flair.
