Our Entry for Burger Week 2025: The Swiss Burger!

For Burger Week 2025, our Executive Chef Ron decided to take a different approach.
He invited employees from Delta Hotels Montréal and Brasserie Milton to put their creativity to the test by submitting their favorite burger recipes, each with a mini storyline.
After a delicious team BBQ and vote, one recipe stood out among ten entries: THE SWISS BURGER!

This burger is inspired by one of our employees who spent a year in Switzerland and returned with lasting culinary memories. Each element reflects that experience: the warmth of Swiss hospitality, the richness of local flavors, and the comfort of hearty dishes enjoyed in the mountains after a day of skiing.
The Swiss Burger combines a juicy beef steak, delicate rosettes of Tête de Moine cheese, crispy mini Rösti, a soft brioche bun, savory prosciutto, and a creamy whole-grain mustard sauce.
It is both a nod to Swiss traditions and a true culinary journey.
This initiative truly highlighted the creativity of our team. And we hope you enjoyed savouring it and that it transports you to the heart of the Swiss Alps.
